Why we built this
We started restoration to make a difference. Not to drown in paperwork, uncertainty, and stress.

You got into this work to help people on the worst day of their year. To show up, dry it out, rebuild it, and make a family whole again. Somewhere along the way the work became chasing missing photos, rekeying estimates at midnight, and tracking equipment across disconnected systems.

ClaimControl gives your team bounded specialist assistants. They organize project evidence, internal tasks, review-required worksheets, and approved handoffs while named people own scope, quantities, prices, safety, and commitments.

Field proof to office action

Strengthen the crew you already have.

A lean restoration company cannot afford to rebuild every file in the office. Give the field and office one visible record for evidence, ownership, review, and the next action.

  • Fewer 11pm nights retyping estimates and statuses
  • Every project documented consistently from the field
  • The office stops being the bottleneck
  • You lead the company instead of firefighting it
Restoration owners should not have to choose between complete project files and the life they built the company to support.
Keep the evidence and next action visible.Keep material decisions with your team.

Five bounded capabilities. One governed system.

Each assistant prepares a defined kind of work, preserves its source record, and routes material actions to a named person for review. Tap a card to configure the Assistant Suite and watch the price update.

Use the connection paths ClaimControl can prove today.

A public vendor API is not a shared credential or a finished integration. Each customer authorizes its own account, and ClaimControl shows the exact release boundary before any provider data is read or written.

+ Company or licensed Pricebooks + CompanyCam Customer-token import beta + Albi Customer-key reviewed import beta + Encircle Read-only private pilot + JobNimbus Credential-validation pilot; no import + AccuLynx Credential-validation pilot; no import + QuickBooks Online Configuration and live proof required + Other CRMs CSV / Excel reviewed import

Albi and CompanyCam run review-first imports with customer-owned credentials and no background sync. JobNimbus and AccuLynx currently verify only a customer-owned API key; they do not import or synchronize records. All other connector candidates remain unavailable until their current API contract, credentials, pagination, reconciliation, failure recovery, and live sandbox proof pass.

Straight talkClaimControl does not promise a direct connection to “whatever CRM you run.” Today the product exposes CompanyCam and Albi review-first import betas, an Encircle read-only private pilot, JobNimbus and AccuLynx credential-validation pilots with no data import or sync, configuration-gated QuickBooks Online, and reviewed CSV / Excel imports. Anything else is not a released integration.

Calculate the operational value: include labor saved, faster invoicing, fewer return trips, and fewer missed handoffs. No setup fees. No per-project fees.

Questions

The straight answers.

Do I have to switch my CRM?
No. ClaimControl CRM is optional. You can use reviewed CSV / Excel import with another CRM. Direct connections are limited to the exact beta, pilot, or configuration-gated paths shown in the product; ClaimControl does not claim universal CRM sync.
Will assistants replace my estimators or office staff?
No. The assistants prepare bounded drafts, checks, and handoffs. Named people remain responsible for scope, price, safety, customer commitments, and every material approval.
How is this priced?
Specialist Assistant and Assistant Suite pricing is shown above. ClaimControl CRM is included with qualifying suite offers and is also available separately; its current price is confirmed before purchase. No per-project fees.
Does ClaimControl act as a public adjuster?
No. ClaimControl is contractor operations software. It helps your team document restoration work, prepare contractor estimates, manage projects, and track your own invoices. It does not interpret policy coverage, negotiate an insurance settlement, represent the policyholder, or file a Department of Insurance complaint for a contractor.
How do we start?
Begin with one controlled workflow. We map the records, people, approvals, and exceptions it needs before additional agents or actions are enabled.

Built for restoration contractors ClaimControl helps contractors document work, prepare contractor estimates, coordinate projects, and manage their own invoices. ClaimControl does not act as a public adjuster, interpret insurance policy coverage, negotiate claim settlements, represent a policyholder, or file Department of Insurance complaints for contractors. Coverage and settlement decisions remain with the homeowner and any appropriately licensed representative they choose.
